Designated one of the top 10 pastry schools in the world, the School for European Pastry prides itself on the perfect blend of the highest levels of skill and craftsmanship, state of the art equipment, and the best ingredients from around the world. Our founders Chef Vikas Bagul and Chef Anil Rohira bring to you decades worth of experience and world-renowned expertise in their fields, enabling you to explore your passion for baking and pastry in an unprecedented way!

The 6 months of the course was filled with intensive training, changing the thought process with respects to bakery pastry and polishing the skill sets of the students. Since everything we did here was hands on there is no escape in saying that I have experienced essential modern techniques for me to grow as a pastry chef. I learned from recognising the quality ingredients to presenting them on the plate. For me as our chefs say rightly it’s not about the recipe it’s about your technique is now the motto.

As someone with a knack and a desire to learn more about pastry and bakery, my experience at the school for european pastry has been utterly fulfilling. The past six months have been full of technical knowledge and hands on experience under the guidance of Chef Vikas and Chef Anil. The quality of ingredients, tools and the efforts of the whole team have always been top tier. It is amazing how everyday felt like a day to learn something new even when sometimes it was something.

It was an enriching experience being a part of SEP. The guidance from the teachers has been exceptional both in technical and professional terms. The quality of ingredients and tools used as part of the course was top notch. Cleanliness at your work stations is one of the top priority in SEP and this is one learning which I will never forget as it might seem a small thing right now, but to inculcate such an important and meaningful habit within me,in my starting years in the industry.
