Being 39 and one of oldest in the class.Their infrastructure is state-of-the-art. And it was actually the first thing I fell in love with. I have recently done my 6weeks eggfree certification course from school of European pastries and must say the chefs have a very good knowledge and are very good with their teachings theoretical and practical both and are very supportive and helpful. During the course I have definitely grown a lot personally and it has helped me upgrade skills and my confidence.
